All you need to do is report your payroll information to us either by telephone, fax, or e-mail and we will provide you with following payroll services confidentially and accurately
Pay Statements
statement of earnings for each employee that displays calculations from gross to net pay. This includes the monthly, semi-monthly and biweekly payrolls.
Direct Deposit
pay your employees via direct deposit (automatic transfer of employee earnings to employee's savings or chequing account - upon request)
Statutory Holiday Calculation
calculate the stat holiday amount due for your employees according to employment standards
Payroll Reports
provide you with payroll cost reports and other custom reports at your request.
Year End Processing
calculate total gross payroll, CPP, EI and personal income taxes withheld and remit for each employee to produce a T4, T4s, T4As, T5018 (statement of Remuneration Paid) and year-end reports (T4 summaries etc.) on your behalf.
Union deductions, benefits (BC medical, dental etc)
Garnishments
such as federal, provincial and family support orders withholdings as required.
